The Syslab project has been widely known and recognized internationally since the middle of the 1990s. Over this time 20 similar sites have been established throughout Europe and Asia based on our proven methodology, and more than 6500 people have been through our programs. Of these, approximately 80% have found either relevant work or established their own businesses. In 2006, Syslab was awarded the “Best Practice Certificate” by the United Nations body Habitat for its “outstanding contribution to the living environment”.
We work closely with public bodies in the countries where we operate to demonstrate and transfer our technology and methodology. We carry out development programs with the support of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD), The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and other international agencies. Since 1995 Syslab has had offices in France, Sweden, Lithuania, Russia and Kazakhstan.
In addition to Norway, we now have projects under way in Azerbaijan and Moldova.
