Anyone can be without a job for longer or shorter periods of time, for a variety of reasons - even those who are highly qualified or have specialist skills. For nearly two decades, SYSLAB has been showing these groups the way to a new career.

Finding the way back to work after a period of long-term unemployment can be both demanding and difficult. SYSLAB's philosophy is that each individual can be equipped to change their own situation and to achieve their goals.

SYSLAB is a success. Since we started up in 1992, we have found suitable jobs for over 3,000 people by teaching new communications and networking expertise. Eighty per cent of those completing our programme find work, which is a world-class statistic. The background to this success is our unique programme that motivates, inspires and prepares participants for new challenges.

Today, SYSLAB runs projects in Norway as well as in several other countries. We collaborate closely with both the private and public sectors. The advantages are obvious to all parties. Trade and industry gains access to well-qualified personnel, the public sector sees a greater portion of the workforce back in work and the individual jobseekers can once again apply their expertise in a relevant job.
